All deliveries are facilitated by An Post. Orders placed before 1pm are posted that same day. All orders received after this time are posted the following morning.
Standard delivery costs €3. All orders are shipped under standard delivery unless you choose the express option at checkout. The standard delivery fee is waived for all orders over €30.
Express delivery is available & can be selected at checkout. Express delivery costs €7 for Ireland based orders & €9 for UK orders. Parcel tracking is available on all express orders. Express deliveries for Ireland delivers the next working day. For UK based orders express delivery takes 2-3 days.
We use branded mailing boxes for our orders. Our mailing boxes are 100% bio-degradable, which keeps in line with our policy of using only Sustainable & Eco Friendly materials. If you have a question regarding our packaging or would like your order to be packaged in a particular way then please contact info@lookysocks.ie and we will see what we can do.
We are happy to offer a 30 day returns policy. If for whatever reason you want to return your items then we will happily provide you with a full refund or exchange.
